A Guide to Heal Your Chakras
I created this guidebook to give you details and insights into what it can look and feel like to have an imbalanced or blocked chakra.
In this guidebook, I have broken down the imbalance indicators into two sections (1) The Feelings and (2) The Body. The first will inform you of how it will feel when your chakras are imbalanced aka your emotions which is usually our first indicator of work needing to be done. The second will inform you of how your body might be acting when your chakras are imbalanced which is a more progressed level of a chakra imbalance or blockage.
Use this guide to gauge when you need to work on balancing, unblocking and aligning your chakras so that your energy centers (chakras) are open and flowing as they naturally should. When you're feeling off, it just might be time for an energy reset. Keeping your chakras healthy means keeping you healthy!
